"Walkin on a country road"...



Took the pup for a walk this morning.   She has grown quite a bit and is thriving: she gained fourteen pounds in two weeks.   Her days at the shelter are hopefully a distant memory.  As a friend said, "A little love makes a big difference".  It was a joy so see her take so much enjoyment from a simple event; scents to sniff, buzzing dragonflies, the rustle of leaves and grass.  Great way to begin the day.  Good for the heart in more ways than one.  Walking along reminded me of this song...
