This has nothing to do with vintage style jewelry.  It asks the question, "What were they thinking?".    Trendhunter.com has a website of trends  with various categories.  I happened to see this little marvel of technology in the bizarre baby gift category; a doll with copious amounts of orange hair that requires shaving.  As a proposed gift for newborns, who exactly is supposed to shave the doll?  The newborn? The proud parents?  I haven't included photos of the doll as it would seriously conflict with the ambiance of my website.  Instead, here's a vintage photo of a sweet baby.
